Every passing day, we are prone to certain chemicals and pollutants that may affect our health. In actuality, we may be unaware of the chemicals that invade our bodies. So whether we are in a hospital, laboratory, or even in the comfort of our own home, there are hazardous chemicals that are surrounded all around.
The good thing is, even if they are everywhere, you also need to know that these chemicals can only harm when they enter our bodies. They invade in different ways, that they can do anything to 
penetrate our system. 
When we ingest food: It is only by the route of your mouth that you can
actually let these chemicals invade your system. This is mainly caused by eating in an unclean area, drinking dirty water, or contaminated food.
When we inhale: People who are working in a hazardous atmosphere are more porn to invasion of chemicals. These chemicals invade by getting into your lungs first then combine with blood and spreads all over our body as blood is surrounded in our blood vessels through our body.
When we absorb: Your skin, especially your eyes, is made up of a series of cells that can absorb many substances. The chemicals in your lotions and topical medications are absorbed in this way. So, when a certain chemical drops into your skin, it will then it will make its way through your skin.

To get fit and healthy, a person should engage in exercise and workout. It would have physical benefits to your body and physiological advantages as well. 
While exercising, our body pours good chemicals that reduce the toxicity of the bad chemicals. Similarly, running is a form of exercise that develops a chain reaction to your body that activates chemicals named neurotransmitters in a 
process by the brain. Neurotransmitters can give out feelings or sentiments of satisfaction and excitement while running or a feeling of tiredness after exercising.
